Mixed Experience at this Hotel

inexperienced staff slow service

The hotel lobby was very nice.

The check-in process took way longer than expected, it was frustrating. The staff seemed a little inexperienced, further training could help. The lady who helped me could have been more cute and the service was slow. I found that the staff lacked attentiveness too.
